Once the first clean has been completed, regular maintenance visits can continue at your chosen frequency.

PURE WATER WINDOW CLEANING​

What is pure water window cleaning?​

Pure water window cleaning uses specially purified water to clean windows without leaving the mineral deposits normally found in ordinary tap water.

The purified water is used with a water-fed pole system to clean the glass, frames and sills.

Do you use pure water for window cleaning?​

Yes. I use pure water for my window cleaning service.

​

Do you use ladders?​

I do not normally use ladders for window cleaning.

I use a water-fed pole system, which allows me to clean many windows from ground level.

There can be specific exceptions. For example, an extension skylight may require me to access the roof in order to clean it safely and properly.

Can you clean upstairs windows?​

Yes. My water-fed pole system allows me to clean many upstairs windows from ground level without using ladders.

This is particularly useful for residential properties where upper-floor windows would otherwise be difficult to access.

The first clean can require more work than a regular maintenance clean.

The additional cost depends on the condition of the windows, frames and sills and how much dirt and buildup needs to be removed.

Yes. Cleaning the window frames and sills is included in my standard window cleaning price.

They are not charged separately.

Do you clean Velux windows?​

Yes. Velux windows can be included in the window cleaning service.

They need to be selected when using the Instant Price Calculator so that they are included in the estimated price.

Do you clean bay windows and patio doors?​

Yes. Bay windows and patio doors can be included in the service.

They are selected separately in the Instant Price Calculator because they have their own pricing.

Do you clean conservatory windows?​

Yes. Conservatory window cleaning is available.​

How do I book window cleaning in Ashford?

Yes. I send a message the day before the scheduled cleaning.

PAYMENTS & INVOICES

How can I pay for my window cleaning?

I accept:

• Debit card

• Credit card

• Google Pay

• Apple Pay

• Direct Debit through GoCardless

• Bank transfer

Cash can also be accepted occasionally.

For regular customers, Direct Debit is my preferred payment method.

When do I need to pay?

Payment is due within 7 days of the cleaning date.

For the first clean, payment is due on the same day after the cleaning has been completed.

I send an SMS with a payment link after the first clean.

​

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Every customer receives an invoice automatically after the cleaning has been completed.

The invoice is sent by email.

You also receive a job completed notification.

​

When will I receive my invoice?

The invoice is sent automatically by email after the cleaning has been completed.

You do not need to request one.

​

How does payment work for regular window cleaning?

After each regular cleaning visit, payment is due within 7 days of the cleaning date.

You can pay using your preferred accepted payment method.

​

What happens if I forget to pay?

If payment has not been received after the 7-day payment period, I send a payment reminder.

Yes. I provide gutter clearing as an additional service.

The price depends on the number of sides of the property requiring gutter clearing.

Do you clean fascias and soffits?

Yes. Fascia and soffit cleaning is available as an additional service.

Do you clean weatherboards?

Yes. Weatherboard cleaning is one of the additional exterior cleaning services I provide.

Do you clean conservatory roofs?

Yes. Conservatory roof cleaning is available as an additional service.

The price is calculated according to the number of conservatory roof panes selected.

Do you clean solar panels?

Yes. I provide solar panel cleaning as an additional service.

The price is calculated according to the number of solar panels selected.
